I am still having problems with scanning using Office 2016. When I try to scan something, I'm told the scan is complete, but where does it go? I direct to be stored in my PC, but unlike Office 2007 there is no documents folder. I am so lost. What do I do?

The printer hardware does the scan, but it needs software to run the hardware to do the scan. You will have to figure out what software is being used.

In 2010 MS "improved" the scanning feature out of Word. You have to use work arounds like the one Doug provided the link for.

How can you use Microsoft's popular Office Document Imaging tool with MS Office 2010 when it isn't included in the package?
