Soft Buy/Software Depot Valid Re-seller?

I am wanting to know if Soft Buy LLC aka Software Depot is authorized to sell Microsoft Products. I have downloaded and installed Microsoft Office 2010 and Microsoft Access 2010 and activated per their instructions. This was done before my bank declined the payment since it was on a debit card. I am out no money at this time because they failed to re-submit on the day my bank approved. They state they are in the United Kingdom and want me to go to website again and purchase it using a valid credit card. After all the hassle and rudeness from their help desk I am ready to give up on my attempts to make payment and just document my attempts in case they come after me.

    The site name provided by you is not a valid seller of Microsoft products. I suggest you to refrain from buying anything as there are lots of issues of frauds and scammers. Microsoft has stopped selling Office 2010, and please try buying products only from Microsoft to be safe. If you want, you can purchase Office based on your requirements and choose the best option suitable:

    Office 2010 has not been available for several years, Amazon have some second user software
