Can I take a compound number in 1 column and separate into 2 columns

I want to import my blood pressure readings into Microsoft HealthVault.  The program that I exported from records the blood pressure as 120/80 (systolic/diastolic).  HealthVault records the numbers into two separate columns - systolic in "column 1" and diastolic in "column 2".

Is there a function that I can run that will separate 120/80 and place 120 in "column 1" and 80 in "column 2".

TIA

    Hi,

Select the single column dataset and go to Data > Text to columns > Delimited > Other > / > Next > Finish.  This will separate 120/80 into two columns 120 and 80.
