How do I remove the warning "this action will not be marked as a change"?

I'm making changes (e.g. merging/splitting cells) to tables in Word 2013 with track changes turned on, and I'm hoping to stop getting the warning dialog box that says "this action will not be marked as a change". Is there a way to do this?

We know that the changes are not being tracked, but having to click OK many times in a table when editing is wastes time and is tiresome.

    Hello,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for posting your query.

I would like to inform you that this warning dialog box is to warn you about the changes made are not getting tracked. It is not possible to disable the warning dialog box as it is for informing User about specific warnings.

I hope the above information helps. Please feel free to reply in case you face any other issues with Office in future.

    Thank you.
