Hello

I need to learn how to add alternative text on Word. I have Word 2016.

The course I'm studying has a picture from a page on Word that has a 'Format Picture' box with tabs to select 'Alt text' but I can see how I can get the box with the options. Clicking on 'Format' give me a toolbar but I can't find any way forward from there.

Can anyone help?

Thank you.
