How do I email a Sway to someone? If I press share it doesn't give the option to email.

Janalisa,

Your best bet is to copy the link out of the address bar and paste it into a mail.

Another thing a lot of us who work on Sway do is to go to your My Sways page, take a screenshot, cut out the thumbnail of the Sway you want to share, paste that into your mail, and then put a hyperlink on the image with the link from your browser's address bar.  Then you end up with something like this:

Hope this helps!

Jason

    Hi,

Why do you have a product that features a Newsletter template when you cannot email it out? How else do you think people would view newsletters if not in email? The Sway export functionality is terrible and you cannot use it for email - what is the point of the product???

    Thanks

    Mike,

That screenshot includes some features we were trying out at the time, but are no longer supported.  We currently have support for Facebook, Twitter, and Docs.com in Sway.  Feel free to post your feedback or even a feature request here if there is an additional option you would like:  https://sway.uservoice.com/forums/264674-sway

I am signed in with my Microsoft account but it does not give me the sharing options shown in the document you reference above. It only shows Facebook and Twitter options. According to your referenced document  it should also give me G+ and other options? Any idea why I am not seeing all the share options?
