Hi there,
I purchased Office 2016 for Mac, and have been trying to download it to my computer, and despite trying it on firefox and safari, it still will not let me. The installer won't open and it keeps displaying "resolving host" on the bottom left corner of my screen then leading me to a "this page is not available" with this description: The server at officecdn.microsoft.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventingGoogle Chrome from accessing the network."
I've tried to fix my DNS settings but it still displays the same error. Please help!!!
