Hello,

I am on Windows 10 and Office 365 all of them updated to last version.

When opening Word document I am getting the view which is shown in the upper part of my attached screen picture.

When I am hovering with my cursor on this part of the document, the upper "disappeared" part blue sign is appearing and clicking on it the whole tool bar appears as shown at the bottom part of my attached screen picture.

My question: How I would configure Word to appear all the tine with its toolbar?

Thanks in advance

If the ribbon is auto-hiding, so that all you see are three dots in the upper right corner:

then you click the dots to show more options, among them the highlighted icon with the arrow (see below), which you should click to display the Ribbon Display Options:

Choose the option Show Tabs and Commands.

The Ribbon with File Tools View is what you get in Read Mode. Switch to Print Layout view (with ESC) to see the full Ribbon.

If the ribbon collapses so that you ony see File, Home, Insert etc. at the top, try right-clicking one of these tabs and click to deselect Minimize the Ribbon.
