I just purchased Office 2016 for my Mac and have noticed that the dialog box launcher on the ribbon is missing. Where do I go to show the dialog box launcher?  I know where it is supposed to be (bottom right corner of each section)  Please Help!

There are no dialog launchers in the Mac version.

For features not expressly included on the Ribbon you can use the main menu bar, such as Format> Paragraph. Similarly, many of the dialog windows are available by using the command that appears in the dropdown menu of certain buttons on the Ribbon. For example when you click the Line & Paragraph Spacing button on the Home tab, in addition to the specific items listed its menu contains Line Spacing Options. Selecting that produces the same dialog window as when you go to Format> Paragraph.

Go to Format > Font > Advanced, where you will see the options to expand or condense the spacing of your text.
