I know that CTRL+S is Save .  What is the shortcut to Save As ?

Also, is it the same in Word as it is in Excel?

F12 and CNTRL F12 - do not work in Windows 10 --- Please can someone tell me an easy way to be able to

"SAVE AS" in Windows 10? If I just "SAVE" document - it does not go to the place that I want it. Where does it go?

Thought I was going mad, I've had Windows 10 for some time now and always used Ctrl F12 to save as, but update a few days ago seems to have lost that and just brings up the print screen.  Can't find anything else I can use, but love my shortcuts for speed.

    Thank you.

When I press <F12> the brightness level appears.

But I tried all combos with F12, which I thought I'd done before, and Fn-F12 worked!

Maybe it's specific to my laptop, Lenova Yoga 920, I think.

Thanks for getting me on the right track.

I don't personally use Microsoft's "Office" products, but CTRL + ALT + S typically works for "Save As" in any program that uses keyboard shortcuts---it even works in my 3D sculpting software! I'd try it and see if it works in Word.
