I have Samsung galaxy j7 with lollipop version 5.1.1 and contain built in excel app version 16.0.1607.1007 which is not support.
It have the save and save as option but when I save file it show that file saved but actually it is not saved.
And also sometimes it show that currently word can't able to save ur file please reopen the file and save.
But after reopen the file same thing again.
Finally I can't able to save changes in word excel.IT IS FOR ONLY ANDROID WHILE IN YOUR FIELD IT IS SHOWN "OFFICE MOBILE APP FOR WINDOWS 10

only activated excel
settings - Applications
move to disabled
press and activate the application and issue resolved

I would like to know if you get an option to uninstall Office Excel.
If yes, let us uninstall them and restart the phone and try installing Office Excel.
If that option isn't there you can try to reset to the factory settings and ask him to get in touch with Samsung store ( to get the phone reset to factory settings)

It has not option to uninstall, it has option of uninstall updates only, not uninstall the whole excel app then what I do?
