I am using Word 2007 with Windows 10. I wish to change the language on Word 2007 from French to English.
I have tried all the ways instructed but still can't change it. Can anyone help me?

Are you referring to the proofing language or the language of menus and dialog boxes? Most Office installations include more than one proofing language, but you can't change the display language unless you install a language pack. Unfortunately, Microsoft does no longer sell Office 2007 language packs.
Most installations, even foreign languages come with English as an alternate language.
So please describe the "ways instructed" that you tried, so we can suggest alternatives.
