Azure Active Directory Tenant subscriptions not updated

Hello everyone.
I have a Tenant under Default Active Directory,
Created a subscription, which is linked to this Tenant successfully.

I am getting an error when I am loading Tenant details from azure portal console. From "Manage Tenants", I selected the default Directory , selected the Tenant details , but the subscription state shows "An Azure subscription is required to continue receiving SLA support for External Identities"

But when I open the Subscription page or Linked subscription page, it showing that Tenant's subscription as "Active"

Due to this, when I am trying to connect from my Java application, its showing an error that Subscription is not enabled. (I assume if above error goes, then even this shall work fine).

Can you help me here.

Thanks

    Hi Nitin,

    The process is straighforward however it seems something is not correct as per the error message. Associate the subscription to the tenant - active-directory-how-subscriptions-associated-directory and follow the process again external-identities-pricing

    @Nitin Mahawadiwar
    Thank you for your post!

    When it comes to the tenant that's linked to your Azure subscription, please confirm that your subscription is linked to the correct tenant, and that you also linked your Azure AD tenant External Identities to the subscription.

    Subscription:
    Search for and select Subscriptions -> Open the subscription you created -> Confirm the directory is the same tenant you're using for External Identities

    External Identities Link:
    From Azure Active Directory -> Select External Identities -> Select Linked Subscriptions -> In the tenant list, make sure your tenant is linked to a subscription.

    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
