As C#S suggested, we can use SharePoint Designer or just copy the content to a new page.
In addition, we can just copy the page in the Site Page library from a browser as long as we have Design or Full Control permission. Here are the steps:
Note: To copy the page to the current location, we need to rename the file name to avoid conflict.

You can try SharePoint Designer, but if you don't have access, just copy-n-pasting into Word works pretty well. It will need cleanup though.
