Word 2016 - Cannot lineup word under bulletpoint in paragraph

I am trying to format my resume and for the life of me cannot get the text underneath my bulletpoint to align with the start of the text above that line. I attached a picture which shows what I am trying (and failing) to do; I drew in a red line showing how I would like the text to line up in the picture below.

For the bulletpoint starting with "Increased discretionary AUM..." I would like the word "client" on the line "client sales calls..." to line up with "Increased discretionary..." So "client" lines up with "Increased".

I'm also having the same problem with the next bulletpoint below where I need the "S" in "Sucessfully" to line-up with the "h" in "high-level". Not the current situation where the "h" in "high-level" lines up with the bullet-point above it. I feel like I've googled and tried everything! Can someone who wiser than me please assist? Thank you!

    Hi Peter,

Remove the bullet point. Select whole text and then apply bullet point.

The built-in List Bullet style should work for you. Select the text paragraphs and then press Ctrl+Shift+L to apply the style.

While Stefan's reply should do what you want, the secret here is that the paragraph needs to have a hanging indent (which the List Bullet style has). For bulleted paragraphs, you can probably get by with applying this using the Hanging Indent marker on the ruler, but for true stability, the indent should be set in the Define New Bullet or Define New Multilevel List dialog.
