This is what's happening to my TEAMS, tried to uninstall, and re-install. But still, my options for devices and making a test call are missing. Can anyone please let me know what's happening?

    Hi @KZ

From a similar question at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/335676/teams-desktop-device-settings-missing.html (answered by SharonZhao-MSFT)

Try to delete the client cache as below and check if this brings back the device settings.

    1. Quit Teams app and type %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams in the Windows search bar.
    2. Delete everything inside that folder.
    3. Launch Teams again and check if the device settings show again.

Then try rebooting your system and re-launch MS Teams.

    Hi @KZ

In order to help narrow down the issue, I have the following questions to confirm with you:

    1. Are you logged in Teams on the web client? Device settings are not available in the Teams web client. By design, this option only appears on the desktop app.
    2. Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?

If the above issues are ruled out, you could try to update Teams. To update Teams, click on your profile picture and hit the Check for updates button.

Besides, you could try the above method of deleting client cache to check if the device is recovered.

You could refer to this blog, which tells you how to fix Microsoft Teams Device settings not showing.
