How to validate/ checking Microsoft Office is genuine or pirate?

Hello all,

I have task to do right now, my office want to audit the originality of Operation System (OS) - version XP, Window 7 and Microsoft Office - version 2003,2007,2010 is genuine or pirate.

But the way, I don't know to checking every single device that install Operation System (OS) and Microsoft Office.

Any step by step to do my task.

It appears your Windows 7 Pro is recognized as a valid OEM (factory) installation.

I have not been able to find the meaning of the Office status code, 109 N/A, but I did find it in other postings. I have seen comments on other questions with this code that say there are no non valid installations, implying
