Download Office 2010

I bought office 2010 in 12-2010.  When windows 10 came out I upgraded and had all kinds of problems till I paid to have it removed and replaced with 8.1.  All was well till that crashed after 6 months and I started getting elements of 8.1 and 10 together. Finally had to have the hard drive wiped and everything reinstalled with windows 10 again except I didn't get office 2010 back.  Now when I try to download office 2010 from Microsoft, I'm told that my product key isn't elegible for free download and I get a pitch for office 2016.  Does anyone have a way around this?

    1. What is the edition of Office 2010 are you trying to install?
    2. Did you try downloading Office from the link below?

    If you paid someone to reinstall original win they could not have done a good job, since its impossible to have elements of different win versions  in the win/system installation

    Only a full retail 2010 key is validated, not an OEM key or Pro Plus key - there is no workaround

    There is no way to re-install Office2010 once you get upgraded to Win10.  I followed all the instructions to re-install, and not only

    did  I reach an impass, I could not even download Office 365.  Not customer oriented my friends.  Now where is that little emoticon for a sad face?
