Powerpoint Quiz with Multiple Options

I am trying to create a quiz in Powerpoint.  I'm looking for ideas on how I might be able to complete a specific function.

I am trying to create a training quiz to teach people who to sort 7 different cards for a game.  All 7 cards begin in a bottom section and, if clicked go to the top section.  In each section only 2 cards will go to the top and the remaining 5 will stay in the bottom.

What I'd like is the option for the player to select any of the cards and, after making their selection, will press a "Check Answer" button to see if they did it correctly.

But the "Check Answer" button would be based off of the placement of all 7 cards.  I don't want one button that checks each card.

I have some experience in VBA coding and have some ideas but would love some advice from the experts.

Thank you.
