I'm using Powerpoint 2016. How can I delete/crop frames within an MP4 video file?

For that scenario, you will have to edit the MP4 in a video editor like Windows Movie Maker. You can download it from here if you don't already have it installed: Download Windows Essentials

In PowerPoint, select the video, then choose the Video Tools>Playback tab. Click on the Trim Video icon. A dialog opens that allows you to edit the exact beginning and end times.

If the frames to be removed are not at the beginning or end, you'll have to use Kem Mon's suggestion and edit it in Windows Movie Maker.

    Thanks John,

Let me give you an example, please:

The video consists of frames A-Z. I want to delete/remove frames G-K. Now my video consists of frames A-F & L-Z.

That's what I meant when I said "within".

Can this be done in PPT 2016?
