How do I install Microsoft Office/Word Starter 2010?

I am using Windows 10 - but have read that it can be done and I need to find out how......I can not afford to add Office 365. I only need a basic free Word/Office program - I really don't use it. HELP me find out how to get this, PLEASE!!!
