Question mark in CENTUARY GOTHIC FONT  looks like the one in the screen shot.

USE ARIAL OR CALIBRE to get the correct question mark.

    Solved my problem :-)

Change font from CENTUARY GOTHIC to ARIAL or CALIBRE.

    Will work.

Can you post an example slide somewhere like DropBox or OneDrive>

The above picture shows the issue where that symbol appears instead of question mark

What font is the text formatted in?

It looks to me like it IS a question mark, although a stylized one.
