Hello Microsoft Community

I have a question. it drives me absolutely crazy!!!!

the problem is when i try to type two numbers in a row with a dot between, like 2.2, in arabic or persian language it becomes 2,2 or 2/2 instead. it is veryyyyy strange.. i searched the F* out of the net and did all the solutions(changed the Region Format, changed the Decimal symbol on additional settings button both on numbers and currency tabs, used microsoft Keyboard Layout, changed the persian keyboard gazillion times ), but the problem is stronger than my will :( and i bet windows 10 is trying to freak me out because of this.  please help... I'm very disappointed on this one... so sick of this

so please help me

    Hi,

We can try to resolve your concern with the dot changing into comma, you can follow the following steps:

    1. Open Control Panel.
    2. Under Clock, Language, and Region, select Change date, time, or number formats.
    3. Click on Additional settings.
    4. On the decimal symbol, select dot instead of comma.
    5. Click on OK.

Note: You can change the decimal symbol under Currency tab as well.

Let us know how it goes.
