Office 2016 & Outlook 2016 error code 30174-4 (1392) with Windows 10

Hi, I'm getting error code 30174-4 (1392) every time I try to install Office 2016 or Outlook 2016 when one of the other is already installed.

So I can install one of them without any problems but I can't get them both installed.

I've tried all the solutions Microsoft has to offer and none of them seems to work.

It isn't the firewall or the Proxy and I've done the system scan and everything seems to be ok.

What next...?

    Thanks for the reply back but the offline installer does not work for me so I contacted Microsoft directly and a tech fixed my problem.

    Hi,

    It's Office Home & Student 2016.

    And I've tried to install Outlook 2016.

    And none of those tips in the article works.

    I can't find the offline installation software. where is it located because where it says it's at when I download it it's the same file as the regular install and i still get the error message 30174-4 (1392)

    Hi,

    I would like to know the edition and version of Office 2016 being installed.

    Multiple version of click to run cannot be installed on the same device.

    It’s advisable to get an Office suite that contains all the Office applications (that you want ) and get refund for the Office suite what you have.
