How do I buy Minecraft: Education Edition licences? No Buy button!

My kids have reached the end of their trial logins for Minecraft Education Edition and I wish to buy licences for them, or activate the full version somehow. I can't see a Buy button next to the Minecraft Education Edition on the Microsoft store, it tells me $6.37 per year ($Aus).

We did use MinecraftEdu so I'm not sure if that is causing removal of the buy button, but  our students need to access the software :)

    Based on your description, I think the issue is related to the Minecraft Education Edition.

    This is not helpful.  It appears to be virtually impossible to buy Minecraft for Education.  Mine doesn't have the buy button as an option.  I only see install trial.
