Configuring Oracle ERP Mail Notifier With Office 365

We configured a minimal Hybrid deployment and migrated all the users mailboxes to office 365 then we removed the hybrid, also there was just one Exchange server 2010 on-premise with multi roles and we didn't remove it as per Microsoft recommendation, but the problem here the mailboxes of the Oracle ERP and Scanner has been migrated and both are not working now. We tried to create a connector on Office 365 but it didn't work also the created an SMTP relay server also didn't work, and at last we created those mailboxes on the exchange on premise and used the old server for sending emails but when the app or scanner send an email to any office 365 user the message is drooped with that message (transport agent message deleted by transport agent), so is there any solution for that issue?

We used also that article from Oracle but its not working as well.

    Hi Abdulrahman,

    There is no official instruction to integrate Oracle ERP with Office 365 mailbox. Sorry that I cannot provide recommended solution for this deployment. This scenario is related third party product integration, which is not officially supported in the forum.

    For the current situation, may I collect some information?

    1.”at last we created those mailboxes on the exchange on premise and used the old server for sending emails”, could you provide some detailed information about how Oracle ERP/Scanner send emails?

    Where do you see the error? Could you provide the entire error?

    So that I can check if we can provide assistance.

    Hi Abdulrahman,

    This article is used to set up a device to send email via Office 365 SMTP service, such as printer.

    You can try it on your Oracle ERP. If any error occurs, I will help you check it.
