If you do not have Word you can use WordPad which comes with Windows. It is a very basic word processor.

Is there a reason you can't use Word? According to the metadata at the top of this thread, you are running Office 2007 which includes Word.

    I cant afford it now

    There have been several suggestions:

    1. WordPad which comes with Windows
    2. Word online
    3. A public library

I'm not sure which ones you can't afford. The first two are free but you will have to find a printer or fax. The use of a computer and Word is usually free at a public library.

There are a number of sites that will fax a pdf file and may be able to handle a Word of rtf file for free.
