I need a simple solution in plain English on how to fix this issue, nothing which cannot be followed with either pictures or straightforward instructions. When I install Microsoft office 365 from my College provider (British college not American) my PC seems to crash a lot more than if it were not installed. I can't understand anything which has been posted earlier as it is all meant for tech genius'. It says to create a batch file BUT NOT WHERE. If you need any further details just say so, I'm tired of this awesome PC crashing on me doing the simplest of things such as watching youtube videos. Here is everything about my PC:

    Hi George,

To resolve your concern, we suggest that you perform SFC and DISM. You may follow the steps provided by ZigZag3143 (MS -MVP) on his article.

Let us know how it goes.

I'm getting these errors about every 6 hours.

    Event ID:  4401

7.488: EFS service failed to provision a user for EDP. Error code: 0x80070005."

Yes, I've done SFC and all the DISM variants.

    Hi,

I had the very same problem with exactly the same error code and message. It appeared suddenly "out of blue" and kept popping up for days after every booting. Finally, by checking out the task manager (services) I have found out that the error might be related to trying to sing in at some local account that is not present. I vaguely remembered that few days ago I tried and failed to connect to a WiFi server at my workplace. This should be the missing local account related to the error code, I thought, so I deleted the server (forget is the command word) from the list of know networks. After rebooting the system, the error message disappeared and has never showed up again since then.

I hope this helps many others who are fighting with the same errror.

    Best wishes,

    Vilmo

    Hi,

Thanks for your response and the article which you linked helped me out although the results were a little less helpful as shown: (the link is safe by the way) http://prntscr.com/du12ah

Is there anything which I can do to try and find out what might be causing some system crashes, I also have this error which is annoying as well: http://prntscr.com/du13k5 (link is safe again)

    Thanks again,

    George
