How do i restart Microsoft Word?

Original Title: restart word

Hello,

I tried to add a new language to word 2010, in order to check the grammar and the spelling, i follow all the instructions, and now says that the only thing left to do is to restart word, how do i do that?

    If Word is open, close it. Then start it as you normally would, from a desktop or Taskbar icon or from the Start menu.

    HEY DID U EVER FIND THE WAY TO RESTART WORD. Sorry for the uppercase but I'm getting annoyed its not just reopening it it says restart and im lost cause nothing is working nor do I find where reset  is.
