How to Compose Text in Word like Bubbles

Hi All Experts,

I am a composer and composing papers of various school,

But I have a little problem,

Our affiliated board (board of intermediate and secondary education) has changed their objective type papers to OMR (Optimal Mark Reader) 

And Now we must compose papers like that to be checked by computer,

So How i will compose such papers in word

I need name of this fonts

the multiple choices is given in bubbles (a,b,c,d) i want to compose like this 

Microsoft 365 and Office | Word | For home | Windows

    These symbols are found in the Enclosed Alphanumerics character subset (U24B6-U24B9), which are found in some "large" fonts such as Arial Unicode MS, or you could use a font such as Fyra Alpha Circle or Circle Frame Positive. See also http://www.fontscape.com/explore?3O4.

    Please Refer to this file , this is  an example of physics paper. 

    But it shows Ms Gothic fonts, but the fonts is not like that

    It would probably be best to seek advice from the board of intermediate and secondary education

    Note, I consider that the word Ration in your example should be Ratio
