Is there any way of converting a powerpoint flowchart into visio?

Does anyone know how I can convert a powerpoint flowchart into visio? I have lots of them and the idea of drawing them all again doesn't appeal. I feel sure it must be possible to import them somehow without losing all the connectors, and I found an article online that includes the following quote:

"Rather than manually recreate all of the PO process documentation, the team discovered a valuable feature within Visio 2010: the free Flowchart Converter Add-In. As a first step in understanding Fabrikam’s PO process, the team used the free Flowchart Converter Add-in functionality within Visio 2010 to take the existing Word and PowerPoint PO process documentation and quickly import it to Visio 2010."

I even found a turkish microsoft website (http://visio.microsoft.com/tr-tr/Templates_And_Downloads/Software_Add-ins/Sayfalar/Visio_2010_Add-in_for_Flowchart_Converter.aspx) that has a link to the add-in, but the link doesn't work.

Any tips gratefully received!

Thanks

Alex

    Hi

I tried this - but it got copied over as an image and not a Visio object.

I even tried copying over a single connector which again got copied over as an image.

The old converter requires Visio 2010 and I suspect it will not be updated.

However a converter isn't really needed any more, simply select all and copy from your powerpoint, then open a new visio and paste. The lines/text will copy over as objects not as a bitmap/image. You will have to do some cleanup to group them as objects but it works!
