Gauge Chart or Speedo Meter Chart

I have a query about the gauge or Speedo Meter Chart. 

I want this chart in motion when i start PPt slide shows. Charts gauge line move like the weighing scale line and then stop at one point.

In simple i want to create the chart like the weight measurement scale in which the needle move form one side to another side and then stop at the exact point.  Whether it is possible or not, If possible then let me know the PPT example file @

    Here is a YouTube video that describes creation of a speedometer style chart in Excel: Create Speedometer Chart In Excel. This technique should also work in PowerPoint. To get the effect of a moving pointer that settles on a final value, you'll have to create a VBA macro that varies the Pointer Value as shown in the video. If the Value follows the curve of a damped sine wave, it will look most realistic: Damped Sine Wave
