Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Office Community.

As per your query, there is no such option available to exclude the attendees of a meeting. But you can remove them manually by erasing them.

Hope this information is helpful. Please post us if you need any further assistance with Office.

Thank you.

Please remove the attendees tag from search! It is not acceptable to have these tags there. It makes the feature totaly useless. Or at least put there "switch" which allows not showing the attendees tags in search gadget. Or put this "switch" in the Settings / Options. Thank you in advance for soon correction of this functional bug!

A few suggestions on improvements to the Summary page.

Great you can modify and create your own tags, and the summary page is a great way of reviewing .  However MS needs to be add a Tag Filter to the summary page so you can chose to ignore all but the one(s) you want.

A bit annoying about using the summary page is that it duplicates the list of tags.  When I put a check against the tag, I also have to link back to the original and also mark that as completed too.  Can these be linked automatically so that if I check on the summary page something is complete it also completes on the original note

For other that are having this problem, this is the best solution I have seen.  It's certainly not as good as having a tag filter in the Tags Summary (come on MS).  However, if you remove the attendance tag from the attendees that don't show up to the meeting, you are still able to use Outlook meeting integration to see who was in attendance vs. absent, but the attendance flags will not appear in your Tags Summary.
