The problem occurs while going through these steps: Login to My Office Account -> Enter MSDN Universal subscription code for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 -> click Language and install options -> click Additional install options -> click on Download offline installer -> 404 - File or directory not found.

Same problem here. Tried two different PC and on both not able to download the offline installer.
Anyone have a solution?
I did what you have asked and the same error re-occurred.
I also tried different PC and different browser. In Chrome instead of "official" 404 page a simple message "Request cannot be served" opens upon white background.
