I have an e.mail adress   ___@outlook.pt and forgot the password. Cant find any help to recover the password. What shall I do?

Hello Jose,

If you forgot the password for your Microsoft account, you can change your password online by going to https://account.microsoft.com/pw. This will ask you to supply a security code, which will be sent to your contact email and phone number associated with your account.

If you're having a problem with getting a security code, you can proceed with our second option which is to fill up the Account Recovery Form. This will ask some information in your account to verify ownership. To have a guide when filling up the form, you may refer to this link which will also give you some tips when filling it out.
