Protect sheet with TAB key enable

I am using protect sheet option with some reference edit allow range. I want protect sheet with TAB Key enable. How can I enable TAB key with protect sheet option.

    The cells must be unlocked in order to tab to them when the sheet is protected.

    ·         Select the cells you want to allow editing.

    ·         Right click and choose Format Cells

    ·         Under Protection tab, uncheck "Locked." The Tab should move to the unlocked cells.

    But unlocking those cells makes it so they are no longer protected? How is that a solution to this issue? I should be able to tab among protected cells....
