How do I insert an online video into Microsoft Word 2016 for Mac?

I have to insert a specific video from Youtube for a homework assignment to my word document, but in the insert tab on Microsoft Word 2016 on my Macbook there is no option to insert online videos that I can find. Does anyone know how I can do this, where I can find the online video insert option on Microsoft Word for Mac?

    The feature of inserting online video in Word is only available in Windows Platform. For Mac users, you need to download video to local and then insert it.
