Also running Outlook 2016 and having crash in nviewh.dll upon Outlook startup.

Running latest Win 10 64 bit OS.

Using Nvidia NVS 315 graphics adapter.

Confirmed that uninstall of Nvidia Nview Desktop Manager ver. 148.47 resolves my issue.

I also reported the crash to Nvidia support.

Had same issue and initiated dialog with Nvidia support. They ended up in suggesting to run Windows Update despite everything was updated!

What solved my problem was to uninstall Nvidia Nview Desktop Manager ver. 148.47.

    I'm running win10 1607, with office 2016 x64. HP z620 workstation with NVidia quadro k600.

Windows updates installed on Friday (5/12/17). Now Outlook crashes on start (event below). Outlook repair does the same. Chrome also crashing on start (no event recorded).

    I "fixed" it by renaming the C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\nview\nViewH64.dll to nViewH64.dll.old

Now Outlook and Chrome work fine but Chrome lost all my open tabs....not cool!

Thanks.  The solution fixed my issue.

The Nvidia droids were reading off of a screen for help advice, and had no idea.  Microsoft wanted $500 for one support case to figure this out.  I laughed at them.

    Appreciate the advice.

I am having the same issue with my NVidia Quadro M1200.  I'm in contact with NVidia support now.  I will post any findings.
