Avery Templates Windows 10, office 365

Can someone please tell how I can get a template for Avery 5163 mailing labels?

this used to be a simple task (before Windows 10 upgrade), open blank document, go to mailings>labels, then choose the label number you need and create a blank page.

The Mailings>labels is still there, but the number of available Avery labels is greatly reduced.  and of course the labels I have are no longer listed.

Why would Microsoft remove such a simple feature? 

I got Windows 10 a few days ago and now a simple task that would have taken two minutes has grown into a wild goose chase that has me going down a rabbit hole looking for answers.

    Yes,

    I am referring to the Avery 5163 shipping labels.

    I am not sure what happened.....but the labels are now showing in the dropdown... I was going to provide a screenshot of my label choices to show that the 5163 are not listed and much to my surprise they are now showing (along with what seems to be a comprehensive list of all their labels).

    I guess one of my attempts at "updating" must have worked.

    Please don't ask me what I did to resolve the issue as I have no idea....

    Getting a new computer is both a blessing and a curse (to quote Monk).  The prospect of new hardware is appealing, but the act of transferring all the files and settings is daunting and somewhat dreadful.

    Hi John,

    Are you referring to the 5163 Shipping labels?

    If yes, I have checked several version of Word 2016 and I can find it. You may try update your Word 2016 to the latest version to see if it works. If the issue persists, please open Your Word -> File -> Account and capture a screenshot of the page including Office Product information and Office channel, version for our analysis. If it is not your scenario, please clarify it.
