Do you have more than one version of Office installed on the same machine?

Initially I was working on Office 2013 after removing it & installing the Office 2016 I am getting this problem of re-configuring every time I open any utility.

Exit Word if it is currently running. Hold the Windows logo key and type winword. In the list of search results, right-click Word and choose the option to Run as Administrator (provide a password if required). Let the configuration finish and then see if you are able to start Word normally.

I worked as per your suggestion but still the problem persists. On opening word or other utility, reconfiguration process starts again. If i cancel this reconfiguration, a message is popped out asking to repair the office. If I again cancel this repair message than only the word starts.
