Microsoft Project 2016 - error message at startup

Hello,

I got this message :

The problem is : I don't want to change my language settings just to please MS Project . Any way to solve it ?

    So are you saying that your system setting uses the same symbol, (e.g. comma), for both a decimal symbol and list separator? That doesn't make sense.
