winword exe-and winexcel exe-Application Error

When the document is saved or save as, get word of excel depending on which program is running- not responding with following message "The exception unknown software exception (0xe 0000002) occurred in the application at location 0x 0000000074DEB802 and the last message had the location 0x 000000007747B802
