Can't find Outlook 2016 after install

I just uninstalled Office 365 because I don't want to pay the year-after-year subscription fee anymore, and I don't want the constant updates.  I purchased and installed the Office Home 2016 suite.  Install went successfully without error messages.  I'm able to launch and access files from Excel, Word, Powerpoint and OneNote just fine.  However, I cannot find Outlook on my PC anywhere.  I am running Windows 8.1.  How do I get MS Outlook installed?  Thanks.

Please check for Outlook.exe using the following path:

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

I found it there (I had the same issue - install Office 2016 but could not find Outlook).

    Regards,

    AK

Office Home version does not come with Outlook.  Only the business versions include Outlook.

MS do sell Outlook as a standalone product, but if you are within a short time of purchase you may well be able to exchange your home version for one which contains Outlook.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I performed a complete re-install but still no Outlook.  To be clear, there is no app on the Start screen entitled "Outlook" and when i do a search on my computer i also do not get any hits for Outlook.  The search does find my *.pst files from my previous Office 365 installation but not the Outlook program itself.
