Laptop stuck on logo screen and failed update

Hello today i restarted my computer for the new windows 11 update and it went to the windows logon screen and downloaded it and it hit 100% then my computer restarted but it started to take a large amount of time then finally it went to hp screen but i saw the screen go to something for a split second then the hp logo was just stuck there no loading so i had to power it off then on then it showed the screen again with a loading circle it worked but took very long time after that i didn't get the update and it disappeared from windows update i got an error code in event viewer

Error: BL_LOG_ERROR_OSL_PROCESS_BOOTSTAT_DATA: Failed to process bootstat data. Status: {Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

    Hi,

    I suggest that you check for further updates as it would appear that the system attempted to complete an update but failed. However, it does seem to have preceded past the failed update and is now working ok?

    The error you see here is most likely related to a restore point that was used by the computer in order to precede past the failed update.
