I just got a new computer and also ordered Microsoft Office.  My new computer does not have a disc drive but the software is on discs  (Office Home and Student 2010).  How can I install the software without using the discs?

    Hi Janet,

You can download the installer through this link instead of using the DVD installer. You'll need to enter the product key that came with your purchase in the field provided in the link for verification. You can follow the steps here for installing Office 2010 after downloading the installer.

Let us know if you have any other concerns about installing Office 2010.
