StalledDueToTarget_ in Office 365 migration

Hi all,

We are migrating to O365. Exchange 2010 Hybrid environment is deployed.

Randomly, we get some errors when migrating Mailbox to Exchange Online, like StalledDueToTarget_DiskLatency or StalledDueToTarget_Processor. If we remove the move request and create a new one, the Mailbox is migrated.

These esrrors are from Exchange On-Prem side or O365 servers side?

Thanks

    Hi Thomas,

The errors are mostly like to be related to the unhealthy on-premises server or the source mailbox (on-premise mailbox) contains some special item(s). Since creating a new move reques works well, my understanding is that the on-premises server should be good. For more information, you can refer to https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/3162761/-stalledduetotarget-processor-error-during-exchange-migration-in-offic.

    Regards,

    Alan
