How can I add a tally counter, voting or Like button to a Word doc (in a table)?

Hi - I have created a Word doc in a table where colleagues can leave reviews of training courses they've been on, so that fellow workers can get training inspiration or find out more about a course from a trusted source before booking onto it. This will sit on a shared drive and staff will be encouraged to check it often to improve their learning and development. BUT! I need some idea of whether it is actually being used and is helping people.

So it would be great if I could put a line after each review saying "Was this helpful to you?" and then readers can click something which would +1 to a visible total. A tally counter or voting button of some kind? Is this doable?!

Thanks in advance for any help :-) I'm using MS Word 2013 on a PC.

A document variable would work for this and it could be displayed in the header or footer of the document. The trick would be getting it updated, so let me ask...

How and where is your review message of "Was this helpful to you" getting triggered? Do you already have something that is doing this?
