Where do I find this missing font and how do I install it?

    Hello Brenda,

    A font is a graphic design which has a collection of numbers, symbols, and characters. Your concern might be caused by an outdated application or changes made on your computer. In order for us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following information:

    • When did the issue first occur?
    • Did you make any recent changes to your application or computer settings?
    • Are you also encountering the same issue using other Office and Windows applications like Excel, PowerPoint, WordPad?
    • Have you tried launching your Word app in safe mode?
    • Have you checked if the font that you tried to use is available on your Font list through Control Panel? On your Search/ Start menu, you can type Fonts and then select Fonts to see the result.

    Make sure that you have installed the latest service pack for your version of Windows to avoid getting issue related to fonts.
