EXCEL - sort by row with sub elements

I have an excel sheet where column 1 is BROKER NAME.  The title bar at the top is frozen.  Under BROKER NAME, is the name along with several lines of data that are associated with ASSURANCE.  I have multiple BROKER NAME lines, and each has several data entry items along with some formulas at the bottom that calculate  the sum

The title bar should remain frozen, BUT I want to sort by Broker Name (Assurance) alphabetically and keep the data lines associated with ASSURANCE in place for the sort.

How do I sort by the second line and have it drag all the associated data lines below in the sort?  I could put the Broker Name in each line...but that will be  ugly.  This needs to be treated almost like a table....if I could tag a title on a table in order to sort, maintain calculations and allow for data entry.....

how do I do this or what is the function called so I can research?

You could create a column to the right that has the Broker name in every row and use that for sorting.   Then delete it when  you done.
