Can't close word document in Mac

Hi 

I can't close word document in my mac book air. I need your suggestion. I am not sure but I think I am using office 365 in mac book. Please see the screen shot for your kind information.

    Hi SomaHapang,

    You may forcefully quit Word on your mac, see if this fixes the problem. To do so, follow the steps below:

    1. Choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, or press Command-Option-Esc.
    2. Select the app in the Force Quit window, then click Force Quit.

    If the issue persists, close other applications and then re-start your mac.
